Setup of 2 power press machines ranging from 50 tons to 100 tons, including C & H type presses for blanking and bending operations.

Welding

Setup of 5 welding machines (MIG & ARC) with capacity up to 450 Amps, using CO₂ and Corgon shielding gases.

Washing

Three-stage washing machine facility for component cleaning to achieve contamination values strictly as per customer specifications.

Pre-Machining Facilities

Equipped with Traub machines and Collet / True Chuck lathes for efficient pre-machining operations.

Casting Foundry

State-of-the-art casting foundry facility through our sister concern KCFPL, equipped with ARFA line and automatic pouring system to ensure consistent quality and reliability.
